Musical Interludes

         Welcome to the Music Page

I have played guitar since the age of 8.  Playing and singing with my Dad such songs as Whoopee Ti Yi Yo, Get Along Little Dogies and The Titanic. We have had many enjoyable moments. I took several classical guitar lessons.

CDs and MP3’s

Please review the MP3 listening page and available CD’s from a variety of textures and flavors.

I remember during one classical guitar recital a boy with an electric guitar. I was amazed and wanted one.  As time went on, I listened to the the Beatles, Monkeys, Led Zeppelin, Yes, Mahavishnu John McLaughin and Rock and Roll and a variety of musical genres. I bought my first electric guitar at a pawn shop and with a Fender amplifier played in a few bands including a high school chorus rendition of J C Superstar. I now gravitate towards acoustic guitar with occasional attempts at synthesizer sequencing. I enjoy studying the music of many lands and cultures with stringed instruments such as the Koto, Sitar and Harp.

I am a music enthusiast and have found enjoyment in measuring moments among the myriad of flavors illustrated within tones.

Music makes it fun to see what otherwise might have been missed. It is a window into a tapestry where boundaries can be overcome as events unfold.
